Modern Farm Houses and Low Country Design

I've been seeing more and more in-fill housing going up here in the Atlanta area in the form of the Modern Farm House style. I've taken some inspiration from these while working on the design of our latest custom lake house in a Low Country Style.

We use a CAD program called VectorWorks that allows us to work completely in 3-D. Not only does this enable us to produce renderings like the ones show below, but it also let’s our clients and contractors and better concept of our designs and details.
